are not responsible for the shipments of our
merchants. They ship on their own terms and it
is advised to read that merchants policy.
Our
products are shipped on the following day of
receiving your order. Any time where our
inventory levels are not sufficient to supply
you with your order we will let you know in
advance so that you may cancel your order or
take the necessary inventory wait time. For
any shipment delays we will inform you of when
your order has been shipped otherwise you
should expect next day shipments.

What we are
currently working on structuring box size,
weight, and cost factors such as those and
also the location of where you (our customers)
are.
The cost varies on delivery depending on your
orders size and weight as well as what
shipping method you select. This also applies
to retailers. Again we strongly advise reading
all policies before purchasing to understand
your rights as a consumer and how the
merchants policy might affect you.
Returns Policy
Merchants return policies vary greatly.
Please read them and make yourself aware of
their policies. We are not responsible for
any shipments from any of our merchants.
Our return policy is to try and aim for
complete customer satisfaction. If you are
not completely happy with your purchase, we
want to hear about it. Let us know if
something is wrong and how and what we
can to fix the problem. If you are not
satisfied you can return the items. We are

Refunds & Exhanges Policy
We are not responsible for
products shipped by the merchants from which
you ordered from.
Refunds:
We will give you a refund for the
following situations provided that the items
were:

wrong colour, size, product which
includes any of our mistakes if there
ever was such a situation.

Not 100% satisfied with goods.

Damaged goods on arrival.
However in these cases we recommend
perhaps an exchange rather than a refund. We
will grant a refund at your request provided
that the goods were not damaged in your
care. We will not refund for items
for which you have signed for that are
defective goods that were not checked prior
to signing by the signee as these goods may
be damaged by someone else other than the
carrier, it company and representatives and
our facity and our staff.
Exchanges:
We will gladly provide an exchange for
items in the following situations provided
that the items were:
